GILLES LARIVIERE
Gilles Lariviere has been working with hoteliers, developers, financiers and major resort destinations for more than 30 years. His mandates have included market feasibility, valuations, operational reviews, strategic marketing plans, and development analysis for many international hotel companies and large, independent resort organizations in such locations as the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Mexico, France, Polynesia, and Morocco. Mr. Lariviere participated extensively in the creation and implementation of a classification grading system for Bermuda's hotel industry. He also works with Quebec's government owned and operated casino enterprises among numerous other clients.

Peter Gaudet is Vice President of Horwath HTL and has been been the firm for more than 20 years. Peter has conducted a wide variety of engagements for hotel companies, lending institutions and governmental agencies. Peter has conducted assignments Canada, the United Sates, Mexico and the Caribbean.
