JOEL ROSEN
Joel Rosen has broad operational, marketing and sales experience in the hospitality industry. He has conducted a variety of engagements internationally, from asset management to the valuation of hotels including a portfolio assignment for one of the largest, single transaction in Canadian hotel history. Additionally, he has extensive experience in the marketing, financing and valuation of golf courses and ski resorts. Mr. Rosen was with Delta Hotels & Resorts and Supranational Hotels before becoming a founding partner of Horwath HTL Canada.

Education: School of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management, Michigan State University, B.A.
